Overview

We will engage with stakeholders at key decision points for:

• reaching consensus on site end states;
• prioritisation process for land quality management, decommissioning and clean-up of sites.

Issues

• Site end states/use in context of new build policy
• Integration of non-NDA wastes into plans
• Qualification of hazard and whether or not it always needs remediation
• Development of common remediation techniques

After consultation in 2007, draft end state proposals for each site are due to be published.
