We have published a Supply Chain Development Strategy setting out the way forward for continued development in the decommissioning market.
A Consultation on NDA's Supply Chain Development Strategy (500Kb)
The NDA currently spends more than £2.5 billion a year, of which £1.2 billion enters the supply chain at Tier 2. We are now inviting comment on the aspirations set out in the strategy to help shape our future priorities.
Timetable
The timetable for consultation and agreement of the strategy is:
- July - September 2008, Consultation period
- October - November 2008, NDA consideration of responses
- December 2008, Final strategy issued
- Q4 2008/Q1 2009, Benchmarking

Proposed Strategy Workshops - Supply Chain Development
The workshops are primarily aimed at representatives from new and aspiring Parent Body Organiastions, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, small and medium enterprises, regional organisations and trade associations. We aim to debate and discuss the issues explored in the Supply Chain development strategy consultation document.
