Does the risk and reward arrangement in the Parent Body contract directly impact upon the risk and reward on specific SLC projects?
No. Currently the PBO arrangements are Cost reimbursable with Performance Based Incentives, whilst many of the contracts awarded by the SLC’s where the risks are well known, are either firm priced or Target Cost.
